Terms of Service

Last updated:

Pick3DP operates the product comparison and review marketplace at pick3dp.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

We aim to write these Terms clearly — not in legal jargon — because you deserve to understand exactly what you are agreeing to. If you have any questions, use our contact page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
  • You have read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
  • You are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. About Pick3DP

Pick3DP is a digital manufacturing hub and B2B marketplace serving the 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser-cutting industries. The Platform connects buyers, makers, and businesses with equipment suppliers, educational resources, and professional tools to help them make better purchasing and production decisions.

The Platform is owned and operated by MHA ONE LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the state of Wyoming, United States. References to "Pick3DP", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to MHA ONE LLC.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You may use the Platform if you are at least 16 years of age. The Platform is not directed at children under 16. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will close their account and delete their data promptly.

3.2 Account Creation

Certain features of the Platform require a registered account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Keep your account credentials confidential;
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; and
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at our discretion, particularly where we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Types

The Platform has the following account roles:

  • Registered User — a standard account that can use tools, submit inquiries, and purchase digital products;
  • Pro User — a paid subscription tier granting an ad-free experience and access to advanced tools;
  • Supplier — a business account that can list products and receive leads from interested buyers; and
  • Admin — a Pick3DP internal role with elevated platform access.

3.4 Social Login

You may register or log in using your Google or Facebook account. By doing so, you authorise us to receive your name and email address from those providers. We do not receive your social media passwords. You remain responsible for your account regardless of which login method you use.

4. Description of Services

Pick3DP provides a suite of tools, content, and marketplace features. All services are provided "as is" and subject to these Terms.

4.1 Product Catalog and Comparison

The Platform hosts a searchable catalog of 3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters, material scanners, and related equipment. You can filter products by specification and compare them side-by-side. Product data is curated by our editorial team and, in some cases, provided by suppliers. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that any specification is current or complete.

4.2 Maker Match

Maker Match is an AI-assisted quiz tool that recommends products based on your answers about your needs, budget, and use case. Your quiz answers are stored on the Platform and used to improve recommendation quality and to personalise your experience on return visits. Results are indicative — we do not guarantee that any recommended product will meet your specific requirements.

4.3 Manufacturing Tools

We offer free online tools including:

  • 3D Model Viewer — upload and preview STL and other 3D model file formats in your browser;
  • 3D Printing Cost Calculator — estimate material and time costs for FDM, resin, and other 3D printing processes; and
  • CNC Machining Cost Calculator — estimate costs for CNC milling and turning operations.

These tools provide estimates only. We are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of tool outputs.

4.4 Blog and Glossary

The Platform publishes editorial content including guides, product reviews, industry news, and a glossary of manufacturing terminology. Blog content is produced by our editorial team and may include sponsored articles (see Section 11 on Advertising Policy). Editorial opinions are our own and are not influenced by supplier relationships unless explicitly disclosed.

4.5 B2B Lead Generation

Registered users can submit product inquiries directly to suppliers via contact forms on product pages. Submitted inquiries are forwarded to the relevant supplier and stored on the Platform for account management purposes. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to the supplier contacting you regarding your request. See our Privacy Policy for details of how inquiry data is handled.

4.6 Digital eBooks

We sell downloadable digital eBooks on manufacturing, 3D printing, and related topics. Purchases are processed via Stripe. eBooks are delivered to your account for download after payment is confirmed. See Section 10 for our Refund Policy on digital products.

Each eBook purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for their own private use only. The eBook must not be shared, redistributed, or uploaded to any website, platform, or community. Full licence terms are set out in Section 7.5.

4.7 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is a recurring paid tier that provides an ad-free browsing experience and access to advanced platform features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Platform.

Our Community Guidelines govern how users interact with each other and with platform content. The Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violating the Community Guidelines is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to us, to suppliers, or to other users;
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network associated with the Platform;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Platform without our prior written permission;
  • Use automated tools to submit forms, generate leads, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
  • Post content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate any person, organisation, or Pick3DP staff member;
  • Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks; or
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

5.2 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please report it via our contact page. We review all reports and take appropriate action, though we are not obligated to remove any specific content.

6. Supplier Terms

This section applies to businesses and individuals who use the Platform as a Supplier — i.e., to list products and receive buyer inquiries.

6.1 Supplier Eligibility

To become a Supplier, you must complete our registration process and be approved by the Pick3DP team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Supplier application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time.

6.2 Product Listings

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with applicable laws. You must not list products that are illegal, counterfeit, dangerous (without appropriate disclosure), or that infringe any intellectual property right. We reserve the right to remove any listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our editorial standards.

6.3 Lead Generation and Buyer Inquiries

The Platform facilitates the connection between buyers and suppliers by forwarding buyer inquiries (leads) to the appropriate Supplier. Suppliers agree that:

  • Leads are provided for the purpose of responding to the specific buyer inquiry;
  • Leads must not be added to general marketing lists without the buyer's explicit consent;
  • Leads must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable; and
  • Pick3DP does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or commercial outcome of any lead.

6.4 Supplier Agreements

The supplier relationship is governed by three formal documents that every Supplier must sign before receiving leads or purchasing sponsorships on the Platform: a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and a Lead Generation Agreement. These are not publicly accessible web pages — they are provided to the supplier during the onboarding process and must be signed electronically before the supplier account is activated.

Each document covers a specific aspect of the relationship: the NDA governs the confidentiality of lead data and commercially sensitive information; the DPA sets out each party's obligations under GDPR and equivalent data protection laws in relation to buyer personal data; and the Lead Generation Agreement defines the commercial terms, lead delivery process, permitted uses of lead data, and remedies for non-compliance. In the event of a conflict between these documents and these Terms, the specific supplier agreement prevails.

By activating a Supplier account or receiving leads through the Platform, you confirm that you have signed and agreed to all three documents.

6.5 Sponsorships and Advertising

Suppliers may purchase sponsored placements, including sponsored product listings and sponsored editorial content, through our sponsorship programme. All sponsored content is subject to our Content Policy and must be clearly labeled in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, product data, tools, and software — is the property of MHA ONE LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written permission.

7.2 Limited Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial use unless you are a Supplier using the Platform for your business in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Download or copy content for commercial use;
  • Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods; or
  • Republish, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform without written consent.

7.3 Trade Marks

The Pick3DP name, logo, and related marks are trade marks of MHA ONE LLC. You may not use our trade marks without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names and product names mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a brand or product does not constitute endorsement.

7.4 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback in any manner without any obligation to you. We are not required to treat any feedback as confidential.

7.5 Digital eBook Licence

When you purchase a digital eBook from Pick3DP, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to read and use the eBook for your own private purposes only. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the eBook file or its contents — copyright remains with MHA ONE LLC or the respective author.

You must not:

  • Share, lend, or otherwise provide the eBook file to any other person;
  • Upload or host the file on any public or private website, cloud storage service, or file-sharing platform;
  • Post or distribute the file in online communities, forums, Discord or Slack servers, subreddits, Facebook groups, or any similar platform;
  • Sell, rent, sub-license, or otherwise transfer the file to any third party;
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the content in any other work, publication, or distribution without our prior written permission; or
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or watermarks embedded in the file.

Pick3DP actively monitors for unauthorised distribution of its eBooks and reserves the right to pursue copyright infringement claims under applicable law. If you discover that a Pick3DP eBook is being distributed without authorisation, please report it via our contact page.

7.6 Brand Logos and Product Images

The Platform displays brand logos, trade marks, and product images belonging to third-party manufacturers and brands. These assets are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used by Pick3DP solely for editorial and informational purposes — for example, on product catalog pages, comparison tables, and reviews.

The display of these assets on the Platform:

  • Does not imply any endorsement of Pick3DP by the brand or manufacturer;
  • Does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you; and
  • Does not constitute a licence for you to use those assets in any way.

You may not download, extract, reproduce, modify, or repurpose brand logos or product images from the Platform. To obtain permission to use a brand's assets, contact the brand or manufacturer directly.

7.7 Blog Post Image Credits

Some images used in Pick3DP blog posts and editorial content are credited to a third-party source — such as a photographer, publication, or stock image provider. Credited images remain the intellectual property of the credited rights holder. Pick3DP uses such images under an appropriate licence or with the rights holder's permission.

The display of a credited image on the Platform does not grant you any rights to that image. If you wish to reproduce or reuse a credited image, you must contact the credited rights holder directly to obtain your own licence or permission. Pick3DP cannot grant permissions on behalf of third-party rights holders.

Pick3DP respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice via our contact page — label your message "DMCA Notice".

Valid Takedown Notice

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are at issue);
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform — include the full URL or sufficient detail to allow us to locate it;
  3. Your contact information (name and sufficient detail for us to reach you — do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data);
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Incomplete or bad-faith notices will not be acted upon. Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice via our contact page — label your message "DMCA Counter-Notice". Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Platform before it was removed;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your name, address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States federal court for the judicial district of Wyoming; and
  4. Your electronic or physical signature.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant provides evidence that they have obtained a court order restraining the restoration of the material.

Repeat Infringers

Pick3DP operates a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid DMCA takedown notices will be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 What Counts as User-Generated Content

User-generated content ("UGC") includes comments, reviews, forum posts, questions, images, files, and any other material you submit or upload to the Platform.

8.2 Content Policy

All UGC must comply with our Content Policy, which sets out detailed rules on what is and is not acceptable. The Content Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Submitting UGC that violates the Content Policy is a breach of these Terms.

8.3 Licence You Grant Us

By submitting UGC to the Platform, you grant Pick3DP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your UGC.

8.4 Your Representations

By submitting UGC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;
  • The content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • The content is accurate and not misleading; and
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

8.5 Our Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove or modify any UGC at any time, for any reason, without notice. We are not obligated to pre-screen UGC, but we may do so at our discretion.

9. Purchases and Payments

9.1 Payment Processor

All purchases on the Platform — including digital eBooks and the Pro subscription — are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Pick3DP does not store your payment card details.

9.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless a tax amount is separately itemised at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

9.3 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at purchase) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

9.4 Digital eBooks

Digital eBooks are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Please review the Refund Policy in Section 10 before purchasing.

9.5 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If retries are unsuccessful, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier. We will notify you by email if a payment fails.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Digital eBooks

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our eBooks are digital products, special refund conditions apply to ensure fairness.

10.2 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the eBook has not been downloaded or accessed from your account. Once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or viewed, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

10.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use our contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We will verify that the file has not been downloaded or accessed before processing the refund.

10.4 When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The eBook has been downloaded, opened, or otherwise accessed through your account; or
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.

10.5 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your eBook, contact us via our contact page within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you promptly or issue a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved and the download has not been initiated.

10.6 Download Access

After purchase, your eBook is available in the Downloads section of your account. Delivery of the digital file begins only when you click the Download button — this ensures you have full control over when access begins, and therefore when the refund window closes.

10.7 Pro Subscription Refunds

We do not offer refunds on Pro subscription payments except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law of your jurisdiction, contact us via our contact page.

11. Advertising Policy

Pick3DP is supported by advertising and sponsorship. We are committed to transparency about how advertising works on the Platform and how it is labeled so you can always tell the difference between editorial content and paid promotion.

11.1 Display Advertising (Google AdSense)

The Platform serves display advertisements through Google AdSense. These are banner and inline ads delivered by Google's advertising network. Google may use cookies and tracking technologies to serve ads that are relevant to your browsing behaviour across the web. You can manage your Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com. Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience and are not served Google AdSense ads.

11.2 Sponsored Product Listings

Suppliers may pay to have their products displayed in promoted positions within the catalog, search results, or comparison tools. Sponsored product listings are always labeled with a "Sponsored" badge so you can distinguish them from organically ranked products. The ranking of non-sponsored products is determined by our editorial and algorithmic criteria and is not influenced by commercial relationships.

11.3 Sponsored and Native Editorial Content

We may publish articles, guides, or reviews that are produced in partnership with or funded by a Supplier. All sponsored editorial content is clearly labeled "Sponsored Content" or "Sponsored" at the top of the piece. Our editorial team retains final approval of all sponsored articles to ensure they meet our quality and accuracy standards. Suppliers cannot require us to suppress negative information or remove disclosures.

Rules for submitting and commissioning sponsored content are detailed in our Content Policy.

Some outbound links on the Platform — including links to external retailers, manufacturers' websites, and third-party services — are affiliate links. This means Pick3DP may earn a commission if you click the link and make a purchase. Affiliate links do not increase the price you pay. Where a page contains affiliate links, this is disclosed in the article or page introduction. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial ratings or recommendations; our product rankings and reviews are based on independent editorial assessment.

11.5 Newsletter Sponsorships

Our email newsletters may include sponsored placements purchased by suppliers. Sponsored sections within newsletters are labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement".

11.6 Editorial Independence

Advertising and sponsorship revenue funds the operation of the Platform but does not influence the independence of our editorial team. Suppliers cannot pay to receive positive reviews, improved editorial rankings, or the removal of negative coverage. If you believe an editorial bias exists, contact us via our contact page.

11.7 Pricing and Payment

Advertising placement fees are determined by format, duration, targeting parameters, and audience reach. Specific rates are provided in your personalised sponsorship proposal before any booking is confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods for advertising bookings:

  • Stripe — credit or debit card payment processed securely online;
  • PayPal — payment via your PayPal account; and
  • Bank transfer — direct transfer to our business bank account; details are provided on request.

The preferred payment method is agreed at the time of booking. Payment must be received in full before any placement goes live. An invoice is issued upon receipt of payment and confirmation of the booking.

Delivered placements are non-refundable. If Pick3DP is unable to deliver a confirmed placement due to a technical error or an error on our part, we will offer either a credit towards a future placement of equal value or a full refund of the amount paid for that undelivered placement. Advertising accounts that are suspended or terminated for policy violations forfeit any fees paid for placements that had not yet been delivered at the time of suspension.

For payment queries, use our contact page.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, services, and products. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site or its content. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk.

Some third-party services are integrated into the Platform's functionality (for example, Google Analytics, Stripe, and Brevo for email). Use of these integrations is governed by the respective third-party's terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy lists the third-party services we use and links to their privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all content, tools, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
  • Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; and
  • Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product specifications, tool outputs, or editorial content.

13.2 Product Information

Product specifications, pricing, and availability displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that such information is current, accurate, or complete. You should verify all product information directly with the supplier or manufacturer before making any purchasing decision.

13.3 Tool Outputs

Outputs from our cost calculators, Maker Match quiz, and other tools are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions built into each model. They do not constitute professional advice. Pick3DP accepts no liability for business or financial decisions made in reliance on tool outputs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Pick3DP, MHA ONE LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim; and
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pick3DP, MHA ONE LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Any UGC you submit to the Platform;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation; or
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to co-operate with us in asserting any available defences.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us via our contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, rather than in court. You and Pick3DP each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

16.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from filing a claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.

16.5 EU, EEA, and UK Users

If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country that these Terms cannot override. Nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
  • Notify registered users by email; and
  • Where required by law, obtain renewed consent.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
